Bed Bugs have always been a common problem in and around London and last year was no exception to this. 2012 looks to be a year where the Bed Bug problem will be continuing as there has already been a large number of call outs this month.
It is important that you are aware of the signs you may see as they will alert you to a Bed Bug problem which you may have. There is a small chance of Bed Bugs actually being seen unless you look thoroughly, some of the signs include; blood smears (either human or from the bugs themselves) these will be either brown or dark red in colour, spots of faeces can sometimes be found on the sheets from the Bed Bugs and there is also an aroma which they can give out that has been likened to almonds or in extreme cases over ripe raspberries.
